May 05, 2018 So, I'm curious: does anyone actually use Camera Connect, specifically with a G7X ii, and if so, what do you use it for? I have the G7X ii and an iPhone 8. In my experience, Camera Connect works much better using the camera as an access point vs some other WiFi router. Apr 11, 2014 Canon Camera Window tells me that it can't find any camera. When I try to connect my camera to the access point by which my mac is also connected, my camera just keeps on searching and searching and then tells me that it can't find any device connected to the access point.
