Ariesms Chaos Von Bon Dmg
Hey guys I decided to do a brief/small cra guide for those who are still a virgin to the bosses. You need at least 2m range to solo the 3 easy CRA and around 2.5m to solo Cvel, but tbh,it all depends on the class you are playing. And you need at least 88% IED to do full dmg on clown,KFC and queen and 93% IED to do full dmg on cvel.
LARGE NOTE: REMEMBER! DODGING SKILL AND PRACTICE MATTERS, NOT BOSS CLEAR HAS TO BE DEPENDANT ON RANGE. DONT EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO BEAT CRA JUST BY READING THIS GUIDE. YOU HAVE TO PRACTICE AND GET USED TO THE BOSS PATTERNS.
E: for readabillity:d. As far as early bosses go it should be pretty straightforward to just incrementally get stronger and do them in that order, but when you start getting to mid tier stuff like Nmag and Ecyg it your mechanics and class will start to determine which bosses you can take on first (For example I just did my first Czak run yesterday, despite still not being able to easily kill. A top doctor has sensationally predicted everyone in Australia will fall victim to the coronavirus. Professor Ian Mackay, from the University of Queensland, said it is unlikely the deadly virus.
This guide will not be as useful for those who can solo or group run in cra on a weekly basis
I will start of the guide and mechanics from what I see as the easiest to the hardest.
1.Von Bon
Von bon is the easiest CRA boss out of all of them as his moves are pretty easy to dodge
Notable skills you have to dodge:
From 100%HP-0% HP he will occasionally charge for a fireball by swinging his staff upwards. To dodge this, press down or jump over the fireball. If you do get hit by the ball you will instantly die
From 65% HP-20% HP he will start doing a jump and smash the ground with his staff. To dodge you have to jump while he is in the air. If you fail to jump before he hits the ground, you will instantly die. Some skill animations could hinder you from jumping so it is recommended by me to stop attacking after 10 seconds brace yourself from this skill
From 45% HP-20% HP the chicken will start disappearing with a random portal spawned. There will also be a countdown timer on top of the screen. Enter the portal and kill von bon's shadow before the countdown ends. If you fail to do so you will instantly die. And another note:DoT effect is applied inside the portal so spam you pots while attacking in there
From 20%HP-0%HP,meteors will start to fall like in magnus. Dodge the larger ones to avoid death. Von bon will start to fly out from the ground, knocking you back and possibly knock you into a meteor as well so be careful. Close range attackers will have a hard time damaging bonbon while he's levitating on the ground. After a set amount of time you will be back on the ground and start charging for the fireball. Close range attackers will only be able to attack von bon while he's charging for the fireball
2.Crimson queen
Crimson queen is IMO,the second easiest boss to take down. It's even easier if you have auto pot skill for pets. The queen is known to have 4 faces: the normal face, the winking face, the maniac face and the black eye face. (I made those names up pls do the take these seriously)
Crimson queen doesn't not have any special threshold to take note of,in fact her skills are all repetitive
Normal face is the first face you will face when you wake her up. The notable skills in this face are the fire breath and the swipe. Swipe in this face darkens you vision while fire breath pretty much OHKO you. So it's pretty dangerous when you got swiped and breath comes after that. To avoid this stay behind her at all times and run away when she's about to swipe. Then she has the skill that does DoT effect which is IMO,the most ridiculous thing in this run for solo players. The DoT debuff stacks for each time she casts the debuff, making it possible to 3hit ko or even 1 hit ko from the debuff alone. That's why I said auto pot makes this easier. The only way to cure the DoT debuff is by surviving her flame breath,it it is only possible to tank it when your in a huge party or if you are a demon avenger
Fun fact: the breath damage is divided between party members,so if your in a party of 6 and everyone gets breathed, everyone should be able to survive unless you have less than 15k HP
Winking face is the most annoying face to majority of the players. There are only two notable skills in this face, the mirror and the exploding hearts. The mirror will spawn close to the queen and it will try to seduce you. When seduced the queen essentially heals a large amount of health, to avoid this, attack the mirror and destroy it ASAP. Hearts may also appear on the ground to explode right in front of your face dealing a hefty amount of damage on you, couple that up with the earlier DoT,you can die pretty easily. There is no way to avoid the hearts the best way to endure it is the stay in one location and not move so that more hearts won't detonate. And we have her swipe in here which locks your skills, this can be a deadly combo with the mirror as we can't do damage to burst the mirror down in time, so one again, stay far away from the the Queen
The maniac face has 2 notable skills. At times she will cast a black hole on the ground that does DoT damage to anyone who stands on it,so avoid that black hole if you can,you don't want additional DoT after all the DoT stacks from the normal face. Next she will also bend down her body and starts sucking everyone to her try your best to not get close to her or you will instantly die. She also has a swipe that inflicts accuracy debuff, but that debuff doest do shit now so you can not care about the swipe
Finally the black eye face, this face does damage reflect so becareful she casts damage reflect when she holds her hands in a praying position. Another skill to note is that she also casts reverse pot debuff where potions used will decrease your HP/MP instead, another deadly combo with the DoT debuff from the normal face. There is currently only one way to cure this, use hero's will/Nova will/erda will to cure the debuff. There is no way to avoid this debuff
3.chaos Pierre
The most ridiculous and tedious boss in all of cra, cvel is only hard to kill, but Pierre's split is just complete bullshit. Don't do this boss unless you are in a party or if you can do a splitless run
From 70%HP onwards Pierre will start changing hats and give u hats, take not of the color of your hat,if it is the same color as Pierre don't damage him,if you do,you will only be doing the clown a favor by healing Pierre instead.
Purple pierre-spins much to say here except for the fact that he knocks you back, potentially knocking you into a falling hat, just kite him. His normal attack reverses your characters direction, making hat dodging harder.
Blue pierre-spins in a fire tornado and chases after a certain person in the map, while chasing a trail of fire will be left behind that deals damage over time. If your character hits Pierre while he's spinning you will be locked. Blue Pierre is the easiest Pierre to do damage as all you have to do is just kite him
Red Pierre -occasionally disappears and then reappears on the location you were in when he disappeared to smack you. If you get smacked, you will instantly die. To avoid this, run away after he disappears. Red Pierre normal attack slows you instead
Ariesms Chaos Von Bon Dmg 1
From 35% HP onwards,Pierre will split into 2. One red and one blue, you have to kill both together at the same time to clear this boss run.
Hence it is tedious and advisable to do this in a party.Try binding him and bursting him down from 35% to 0%. On average you will need about 2m range (self buffed,no exterior buffs) and above 200% boss to do a splitless run on your own (I did mine at 2.5m range,160% boss,so it varies between classes)
Note: throughout the battle hats fall from the sky, circle warnings will be shown on the floor and try your best to dodge them,if you get caught by the hat for 5 seconds, you die. Spam left and right button to prevent dying.
4.Cvel
Cvel is a pretty straightforward boss, nothing special to take not about other than dodging golden circles/red circles and keeping your health up for the green gas. Heck cvel can actually be pretty easy if not for that stupid IED requirement..I MEAN IMAGINE IF PIERRE REQUIRES 92% IED EVERY MAPLER WOULD GO INSANE RIGHT? :D
Once I'd found it, I opened it and selected Archive Utility - Preferences. (I could have chosen Delete Archive, but that seemed too final. How to get rid of dmg files on mac windows 10. That's where I found the solution to my problem.Archive Utility is really tucked away, in System/Library/CoreServices. There, I selected Move Archive to the Trash from the After Expanding drop-down. And I know we've talked about tweaking its settings.
Ok so here are cvel's threshholds
Ariesms Chaos Von Bon Dmg Lyrics
From 100%HP onwards, cvel will start spitting 3 fireballs in a row. If you get hit,you will instantly die, stay close to him at behind his back to avoid this.
From 100%HP onwards, cvel will have multiple tails coming out of the ground, the number of tails coming out depends on how long vellum is above the surface. Night gyr high alpha dmg price. Just dodge the golden circles,if you get hit,you will instantly die. Its ridiculous how many tails he has,he's a worm and he's shown to only one tail, logic is completely broken in this boss
From 80% HP onwards giant golden circles will start spawning, stay out of the circle,if you get hit,you instantly die
From 50% HP onwards cvel will start spitting poison gas on the ground that deals over 50% of ur health, dodge the green circles if you can, otherwise, spam your potions to keep your health up. Golden circles are hard to identify in the poison gas,so I suggest to stay far away from him untill he stops all the poison,if you can't identify the golden circles.
From 40% HP onwards cvel will start using Kamehameha,on either far ends of the map.Don't panic, cvel will actually pull you to where he is while charging the laser and you will make it to him as long as you stay in the center of the map. If you get hit by the giant laser you will definitely die. Stay close to cvel if you want to survive this.
Note:Red circles in cvel are warnings for calling rocks which can stun u
